You won’t believe how easy the best teeth brushing method is.

I’ve used many toothbrushes and gadgets and I’ve listened to a lot of experts explain their rationale for various methods. I’ve heard you’re supposed to sing Happy Birthday to yourself twice. I’ve heard that you’re supposed to brush for at least five minutes. I’ve heard that you need to brush longer not harder. But none of that matters because I’m going to tell you the best teeth brushing method there is.

It doesn’t matter how much you brush.

The first thing you do is you put toothpaste on your toothbursh. Then you wet it with some water from the faucet. You start brushing for a little bit. Or a lot. It actually doesn’t matter because you’re going to be re-brushing anyway. That’s right. Here it is. The best teeth brushing method.

Your tongue will tell you everything you need to know.

Most people only brush their teeth and then quit after a certain feeling or a certain period of time. This method has nothing to do with time or intensity. There is something that can tell you everything you need to know about your teeth, and that’s your tongue.

Let’s continue with what we now know to be the secret to the best teeth brushing method ever.

Second thing you do is rinse out your mouth. But don’t rinse out your toothbrush just yet. First slide your tongue along your teeth and feel which ones are still dirty. Trust me, your tongue is super sensitive and can tell which teeth are still dirty and which teeth are now clean. How about that?

Keep brushing until clean.

Third thing is to re-brush, keeping in mind where the dirty teeth still are. Maybe they’re on the bottom. Maybe they’re on the outside, on top, in back. The point is,  you’re going to feel exactly where they are and keep brushing and checking until they’re clean. If you check your teeth with your tongue, you are guaranteed the best tooth-brushing method ever.

It is as simple as that.
